Q: Hello Xuan, introduce yourself briefly.
A. Hello, my name is Xuan. I am a Marketing Associate at N7 Global Group. I am a Gen Z who is new to the working society and has keen interest in the beauty industry. As a Marketing Associate, I believe in value creation, adaptability and effective communication. We deliver values to our customers, keep up to trends and tell stories to bring our messages across effectively.
Q: Please share with us about her business trip to Korea.
A: I recently had the incredible opportunity to visit Korea on a business trip, representing N7 Global Group. During this trip, I have attended two significant events: an event hosted by the Korea International Trade Association (KITA) and the K-Beauty Expo. Both offered valuable insights into Korea’s growing industries and market trends.

The event organized by KITA - koreaTrade Matching Day 2024, was a truly insightful experience. It provides a platform to connect with industry leaders worldwide and learn more about international trading opportunities. It was fascinating to see how Korea positioned itself as a global trading hub for international partners to foster relationships and network. Through koreaTrade Matching Day 2024, I had the chance to meet many professionals from various countries, sectors and industries. I was glad to learn more about the dynamic business cultures and latest trends happening in the global market.
K-Beauty Expo Korea 2024
As a registered buyer for K-Beauty Expo Korea 2024, I have the opportunity to engage with different k-beauty brands ranging from big corporations to small startups. The expo was a vibrant showcase of the latest products, innovations, and trends in the beauty world. As K-Beauty is one of the main focuses of our company, I networked with multiple brand owners to keep up with the latest creativity and technologies used for k-beauty. The event also provided great opportunities for N7 Global Group to explore potential collaborations with K-Beauty brands, opening doors for future partnerships.
Q: What are your takeaways from this experience?
A: This is my first business trip experience and it was really an eye-opening experience. I am very grateful for this opportunity to visit Korea and attend international networking events which was really a rare experience as a Gen Z who is new to the working society. From this experience, I learnt the importance of building strong connections, understanding the market dynamics and staying ahead of trends. Through my observations, I discovered that Korean companies emphasize heavily on new innovations, new technologies, customer satisfaction and having a powerful brand story. These insights are definitely valuable and applicable in N7 Global Group’s marketing strategies.
